Leading Change, Organizations, and People
Organisations worldwide must continually evolve to meet the demands of digitalisation, globalisation, and sustainability. They need leaders who can manage people and business processes, interpret data, and guide organisations through transformation. This programme equips you with those skills.
Offered as one of JIBS’ Master’s in Management (MiM) programmes, ranked by the Financial Times, it combines broad training in managerial competencies with specialised expertise in leadership and organisational development. It is designed for ambitious students, whether recent graduates or early-career professionals, who aim for managerial and consulting roles in international companies and organisations.
Grounded in the Nordic management approach, the programme develops your ability to lead responsibly, foster collaboration, and create long-term value. From the start, you will build essential skills in communication, digital literacy, ethical reasoning, and teamwork across cultures - while gaining an entrepreneurial, responsible, and multicultural perspective that prepares you for global leadership.
The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (i.e the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Communications, HR, Sociology, or related discipline. At least 30 credits must be in Business Administration.
With a master’s degree in Leading Change, Organisations and People, you will be prepared for careers in management and consulting, taking on roles such as general manager, project manager, change manager, business developer, people & culture manager, or strategic HR manager. Your ability to combine strategic insight with people-centred leadership will make you highly attractive to employers worldwide, particularly in organisations with an international outlook.
You may also choose to continue into doctoral studies and an academic career.
